Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without stating any reason within a period of fourteen days.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the transporter, take possession of the goods. This right applies exclusively to consumers; no right of withdrawal exists for business purchases. If Optics-World B.V. has ordered a product that was specially requested by the customer and is not part of the regular inventory, Optics-World B.V. may determine that a voucher for the amount paid will be issued or that the product cannot be returned. This also applies to open orders—if they were placed as special requests, they cannot be canceled.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns are made at the customer's own risk.

When returning an item, please make sure all original packaging is included and you return it inside a shipper box, preferably the one that it was originally shipped in. If an item is returned without the original materials or if the factory packaging was damaged due to improper packing, then a refund may not be possible.
